Refund policy

                                                                       RETURN POLICY

LÈAIRE has an allowance of return of purchased items for up to 14 days after the customers receipt of delivery. In order to request a return, please fill out this form.  Please allow 3-5 business days for email notification indicating status of approved return. At the time of LÈAIRE's approval of said return, the customer will receive a return label via email. Thereafter, 5-7 days after LÈAIRE has received the returned article(s) and has not displayed or stated any concern of returned item(s) condition, store credit will be issued in the full amount with exception to the fees that will be deducted for the provided return label in association with said return. Please note, that returns can only be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Store credit will be granted in the form of an e-gift card and will only be redeemable for exactly 30* days after receipt (including weekends and holidays) with no exceptions.

Returned items must be unwashed, free of damages, debris, fibers, and stains, and unworn (further more, in its original condition upon receipt) with original tags attached.

Please pay special attention to items that are final sale and therefore are not subject to LÈAIRE's Return Policy as mentioned:  sale items, intimates, resort wear ( i.e. swimming suits).

To mitigate any issues of size and fit, please thoroughly adhere to our Size Chart as well as the perspective item's product description section. Exchanges for substitute of another item in place of the product originally ordered is not permitted at this time.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at shop@leaire.co. At that point, we will  provide you with a return label and assist you in remedying the situation. Again, please allow 3-5 business days after your correspondence on the matter for your request to receive communication from us.

Additionally, in the event that suspicious or fraudulent orders have been placed with LÉAIRE, it is at LÉAIRE's discretion to cancel said order and terminate the delivery process.
