SERVICE TERMS

By purchasing with LÈAIRE, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I have read, understand, and agree to the Return and Shipping Policy as stated by LÈAIRE.
  • I understand LÈAIRE is not responsible for any error in information that I made pertaining to my purchase (i.e. shipping, mailing and billing addresses, email, quanitity of item ordered, or color of item ordered.)
  • I confirm I have double checked all information and ensured accuracy of information before placing my order.
  • I confirm I have ordered the right quantity and color of items.
  • I understand it is my responsibility to coordinate my schedule to accompany my expected deliveries of purchased items from LÈAIRE. We the company are not responsible for any missed, rescheduled, or misplaced packages / deliveries.
  • I am aware that all items considered in exception of LÈAIRE's Return Policy are final and thus not eligible for return.
  • I am aware LÈAIRE is not responsible for how I handle and treat my product or any ware caused as a result thereof.
  • I understand returns can only be made within 14 days of receipt and can only be returned for store credit.
  • I understand that any sign of wear, damage, or mishandling of the product I attempt to return will result in the approval of my return being processed being denied.
  • I understand I am responsible for postage fees associated with returns.
  • I understand LÈAIRE has the right to verify any suspicious purchase behavior at LÈAIRE's discretion. ( If any concerns of suspicious purchase behavior is suspected, you will receive notification).
  • I understand if an item is 'sold out' at any point during my purchasing journey, LÈAIRE holds the right to cancel my order(s) placed for that product. ( In this event, funds will be returned to your original payment form. Allow 7-10 business days, for your banking institution to reflect this credit to your account).
  • I understand that any suspicious and/or  fraudulent orders or attempted communications may be cancelled and/or dismissed at the discretion of LÈAIRE.
