SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING -

Domestic Shipping is handled through UPS and USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days* for your order to be processed and your tracking information to be provided. Shipping and handling rates will be included in your order total at checkout and delivery details will be provided once tracking information is provided.

If you experience delays in receiving your package(s), please contact the carrier directly. If you are unable to track down your order by contacting the carrier directly after due process, please email shop@leaire.co and we will do our best to asisst you in the matter. Please note, that LÈAIRE does not hold responsibility for any delays, misplacements, or scheduling errors on behalf of our delivery carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - 

International Shipping is handled through UPS and DHL. Please allow 1-2 business days* for your order to be processed and your tracking information to be provided. Shipping and handling rates, as well as duties and associated fees, will be included in your order total at checkout (please note duties and taxes presented at time of checkout are only estimates and you the customer will be responsible for any remaining amount due).  Delivery details will be provided once tracking information is provided. Please note, shipping times vary on your given geographical location and the amount due for shipping, duties, taxes, and fees are specific to your region as well. Attention: Customs are not calculated or included at the time of checkout and are also determined according to your local legislation. You the customer are responsible for these fees separately from the purchase made through LÈAIRE.co (leaire.co). Understand that LÈAIRE does not receive any portion of the amount due for customs and has no ability to waive this cost.

If customs are not paid by the customer to the given carrier at the time of delivery of purchased items, the purchased item(s) will be returned to LÈAIRE. At that time, funds will be granted in accordance with our Return Policy, not including the costs associated with shipping, duties, and fees.

 

* - indicates exception to busy sales times such as holidays and company-wide major sales. At that time, the company will work to get orders processed as soon as possible.
